VILLA WITH POOL IN TUSCANY

The country house "Villa Mannori" is situated in sunny position on top of a hill, into the green area of Montalbano. Between the 16th-17 th centuries approximately 10,00 acres of Montalbano were trasformed by the Medici into the Barco Reale Mediceo, a vast area used a reserve for hunting in which short portions of the perimeter wall surrouding the area still exist today. The area of Montalbano, is particulary suited for walks and exursions, thanks to an extensive network of walking and biking trails which lead through the green hilly countryside, past archeological sites, and into the ancient woods like the oak-wood of Pietramarina.

Mannori Villa is a large residence situated close to the ancient town of Vinci, where you can easily reach the main cities of art in Tuscany such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena. Staying in these places means leaping into its ancient traditions and into a nature of rare beauty and variety, where the vineyards and olive groves of Montalbano alternate to the other location of tourist interest such as San Gimignano, Certaldo and Volterra.

You enter the villa through an automatic gate made of wrought iron that enters on a street surrounded by olive trees. At the end of this street you can find a covered and lighted parking area that can host up to four cars.

The villa is surrounded by a 2 hectares park with wide green spaces with trees and oaks; the whole property is completely fenced with hedges of broom, strawberry tree, hawthorn, wisteria, myrtle and bay. In front of the villa there is a green space with double swing and other games for children, plus a gazebo with garden furniture.
On the back side of Villa Mannori, you can find the swimming pool (size: 11 x 6 m - depth: 1.20m -> 1.80m) with hot shower, solarium with sun beds and chairs, porch with dining table for more than 12 people, barbecue and vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables that can be collected and used by our customers. Covered parking place for a maximum of four cars.

Ground floor: a wide veranda leads us to the main entrance of the villa furnished with authentic and original Tuscan furniture. The ground floor area, mainly for the day, is lighted by large windows overlooking the garden. There is a hall of 40 sqm with a marble table for 12 people and living area with sofas, armchairs, TV and Hi-Fi; kitchen with dining table, Ilve professional kitchen with four burners, 2 ovens, central plate grillage, microwave oven, wood-burning oven for bread and pizza; bathroom with shower; relax room and lounge under the porch with dining table and sofa.

First floor: A stone staircase in perfect Tuscan style leads us to the upper floor where all rooms are equipped with windows protected by mosquito nets. There are 6 elegant and comfortable rooms, 4 bedrooms, one double, one triple, respectively, with 3 bathrooms with shower, hydromassage shower and jacuzzi, a spacious reading hall with large fireplace, sofas and large sofa bed, an equipped laundry and a convenient storage compartment for luggage.
