The rent fee includes the full and exclusive use of the villa,
of the swimming-pool and of the surrounding park.

ALL INCLUSIVE RATES:

- Weekly linen change (bedclothes and towels: face, bidet and towel per person)
- Towels for the swimming-pool
- Children's Cot with linen
- Consumption of water, electricity, gas
- Covered and lighted parking for 4 cars

- Maintenance of the swimming-pool 2 times per week
- Available 2 mountain bikes
- Wood
- Cleaning service at the end of your stay
- Small animals admitted

Extras:
- € 300,00 bailment
- Gas consumption for heating during the period October 1 - April 30 € 1.60/mc
- Midweek Cleaning service
- Cook

Payment and conditions:
- Weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday
- Check-in: 15:00 - 19:00
- Check-out: 10:00
- 30% deposit within 7 days from your reservation (by Credit Card or Bank Transfer)
- 70% within 30 days before your arrival (by Credit Card or Bank Transfer)
- Cancellation: with 7 days from your reservation the cancellation will be free of charge. After this period you will be charged the entire deposit (30% of the total stay amount).

Villa Mannori is situated in a strategic area of Tuscany, particularly suited for itineraries to discover the artistic and gastronomic traditions of the region.
